This is the summary of the planning application:
Erect replacement 2-storey dwelling with detached garage/ workshop with associated parking and access. Construct external decking area and steps. Variation of condition 2 of App. 8/18/3566/FUL to reduce the height of the replacement property and for the addition of cladding to the side (west) elevation. Removal of condition 11 to remove requirement to install an obscure glazed balcony screen to the east elevation and to remove the requirement to obscure glaze window to the west and east (side) elevations, other than en-suites.

I was alerted to this by an article in the Bournemouth Echo. It is not absolutely clear to me where this development is, so I went down to investigate. Access is via Argyll Road (no parking allowed), opposite Mudeford Recreation Ground.
